Terms of service
Effective date: 25 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Loonis | Karyna Movsha, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland, al. Kijowska 5/22, 30-079 Kraków, Poland, NIP 9542796135, REGON 540625012 ("Loonis", "we"). They apply when you use app.loonis.co and the sites you make with it. Contact: hello@loonis.co.
1. Who can use Loonis
1.1. Loonis is for businesses and professionals. You use it for your business, not for personal purposes.
1.2. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you may act for it.
1.3. If you are a sole trader and Loonis is not part of your professional activity, as shown in CEIDG, Polish art. 38a of the Consumer Rights Act may give you some consumer rights. Where these terms mention consumer rights, they include you.
2. Your account
2.1. Give us true details and keep them up to date. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
2.2. We recommend two-factor login. Tell us at once at hello@loonis.co if you think someone else has used your account.
3. What Loonis does
3.1. Loonis builds a website for your business from a template, your answers, your files and your current website. You edit it by chat or by hand and publish it on a loonis.app address or your own domain.
3.2. We may improve, change or remove features. We will tell you at least 30 days before we remove a feature you pay for.
3.3. We aim to keep Loonis and your sites online at all times, but we do not promise a set uptime. Planned maintenance is announced in the app when it affects you.
4. Plans and payment
4.1. Building and editing sites is free. A free account may publish one site on a loonis.app address. To publish more sites, connect your own domains or get AI credits every month, you need a paid plan (Pro or Premium). The hosting add-on connects one more site to its own domain.
4.2. Plans, prices and what each includes are shown in the app before you pay. You can pay yearly or every 3 months. A plan covers your whole account, not one site. The hosting add-on is paid monthly.
4.3. Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC) sells the plans as our reseller and merchant of record. It takes the payment, charges VAT and sends your receipts. Its buyer terms apply to the payment.
4.4. Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
4.5. If a payment for a plan or the hosting add-on fails, we will email you and keep your site online for 14 days. After that, the site goes offline until the payment succeeds. Your content is kept.
4.6. We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal.
4.7. The hosting add-on lets one more site use its own domain when your plan's domains are in use. It costs the price shown in the app, per site, each month. It includes no AI credits. On a free account it also removes the badge from that site. A site with the hosting add-on is not your free site.
4.8. Sites published from a free account show a small "Made with Loonis" badge. Sites on a paid plan or with the hosting add-on do not.
4.9. If a site published from a free account has no visits and no edits for 6 months, we will email you. If nothing changes in the next 30 days, we take it offline. Your draft is kept, and you can publish it again.
4.10. AI credits:
a. AI actions in Loonis use AI credits, for example chat edits, reading your files or website, building a site and making images. Before a larger action, the app shows how many credits it uses. Editing by hand never uses credits.
b. A new account gets its first site build free and 50 start credits, once. Pro and Premium include credits every month. Monthly plan credits do not carry over to the next month.
c. You can buy more credits. Bought credits do not expire while your account exists. Credits we give you, for example as a beta owner, do not expire either.
d. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Used credits are not refunded. If an action fails on our side, its credits are returned.
e. If you have consumer rights (see 1.3), you may withdraw from a credit purchase within 14 days, as described in 5.2. We refund the credits you have not used.
f. When you delete your account, its credits end.
4.11. If your paid plan ends or you move to a smaller plan, one site stays published on its loonis.app address. You choose which; until you do, it is the site you published most recently. Your other sites go offline, and we email you first. Sites on domains beyond your new plan go offline at the end of the period you paid for, unless they have the hosting add-on. Your content is always kept.
5. Refunds and the right to withdraw
5.1. Plans, the hosting add-on and AI credits are not refunded, including for unused time after you cancel, unless the law requires it (see 4.10e and 5.2).
5.2. If you have consumer rights (see 1.3), you may withdraw from a plan within 14 days of buying it without giving a reason. Write to hello@loonis.co or use any clear statement. We will refund you within 14 days, minus a pro rata amount for the days your site was published, because you asked us to start at once.
6. Your content
6.1. Your content is what you add or ask Loonis to make: text, photos, logos, files, form settings and the site the AI writes for you. You own it.
6.2. You give us a non-exclusive licence to store, copy, process, show and publish your content, only to run Loonis for you. This includes sending it to our service providers, such as the AI provider, to build and edit your site. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies in backups until they are overwritten.
6.3. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload or link, including files and photos that show or name other people, and the website you ask us to read. You confirm you may share any personal data in them with us.
6.4. We do not use your content to train AI models.
7. AI-generated content
7.1. Loonis uses AI to read your materials and write your site. AI can make mistakes. Check your site before you publish it.
7.2. Facts the AI filled in without a source appear on your Launch checklist. Publishing is never blocked by open checklist items, so it is up to you to check them.
7.3. The privacy policy, imprint and other legal pages Loonis drafts for your site are starting points, not legal advice. You are responsible for checking that they fit your business and the law that applies to you.
8. Templates and starting photos
8.1. Templates, designs, code and the Loonis app belong to Loonis. You may use them only for sites hosted on Loonis while you have an account.
8.2. New sites start with the template's demo photos. You may use them on your Loonis site. You may not download them or use them anywhere else. We recommend replacing them with your own.
9. What you may not do
You may not use Loonis to publish or send anything that:
- is illegal, or breaks someone else's rights, including copyright, trademarks and privacy;
- pretends to be another person or business, or copies another business's website, name or branding without permission;
- is fraud, phishing, a scam or misleading advertising;
- collects passwords, card numbers or other payment details through forms;
- asks for health details, or other special categories of personal data, through forms;
- is hateful, violent, sexual or harmful to children;
- spreads malware or harms Loonis, our providers or other people's systems;
- sends spam or bulk emails.
You may not resell Loonis, try to get around its limits, or use it to build a competing service.
10. Reports and removing content
10.1. Anyone can report a site that seems illegal or breaks these terms, using the "Report this site" link on every site or by writing to hello@loonis.co. Our contact point for authorities and users under the EU Digital Services Act is hello@loonis.co, in English or Polish.
10.2. We review reports with care, without undue delay. We may hide content, take a site offline or suspend an account when a report or our own check shows it is illegal or breaks these terms.
10.3. If we do, we will email you the reason, what we did, and how to reply. You may ask us to review our decision within 6 months by writing to hello@loonis.co. You may also go to court or an out-of-court dispute body.
10.4. We do not check sites before they go live and are not responsible for what owners publish, unless we know it is illegal and do not act.
11. Custom code and your domain
11.1. On paid plans you can add your own code. You are responsible for it, including any cookies or tracking it adds and any consent it needs.
11.2. If you connect your own domain, you keep it. You are responsible for renewing it with your domain provider.
12. Accessibility and your legal duties
You are responsible for your site meeting the laws that apply to your business, including privacy, consumer, accessibility and industry rules. Our templates aim to be accessible, but we cannot guarantee your content is.
13. Our liability
13.1. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost leads or lost data, or for loss caused by your content, your custom code, our service providers' outages or events outside our control.
13.2. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.
13.3. Nothing in these terms limits liability for damage caused on purpose, or rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
14. Ending your account
14.1. You can delete a site or your account at any time in Account settings. Deleting cancels your plan, takes your sites offline and removes your data, as described in our privacy policy.
14.2. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, after giving reasons as in 10.3. We may close a free account with no activity for 12 months, after 30 days' notice by email.
14.3. Before you delete your account, download anything you want to keep, such as your leads.
15. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before a change that affects you takes effect. If you do not agree, you may delete your account before then; if you paid for a period you will not use, we will refund it pro rata.
16. Law and disputes
16.1. Polish law applies. If you have consumer rights, you also keep the protection of the law of your country.
16.2. Disputes with businesses go to the courts in Kraków. Consumers may use their local court or out-of-court dispute bodies.
16.3. If a part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
